- Desarrollar estrategias de comercio de energía y optimizar ingresos de proyectos renovables.
- Analizar y mejorar flujos de ingresos, colaborando con equipos interfuncionales.
- Diseñar estrategias comerciales innovadoras para proyectos de energía solar.
- Gestionar PPAs, negociar contratos y asegurar condiciones favorables.
- Analizar mercados, competidores y cambios regulatorios para identificar oportunidades y desafíos.
- Liderar esfuerzos de desarrollo empresarial y construir relaciones en la industria de la energía.
- Liderar un equipo de alto rendimiento y colaborar con otros departamentos.
- Establecer sistemas de monitoreo de rendimiento e informes regulares.
- Licenciatura en Negocios, Finanzas o campo relacionado; MBA o Máster. +8 años de experiencia exitosa en estrategias comerciales en el sector energético.
- Experiencia en gestión de PPA's y negociación de contratos de venta de energía.
- Habilidades analíticas sólidas y experiencia en adquisición de clientes.
- Habilidades de liderazgo probadas y dominio del inglés; otro idioma de la UE es una ventaja.
- Confianza y enfoque proactivo.
- Habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Trabajo 100% remoto o híbrido, a tu manera
