    Buscamos a un Project Manager Support o PMO Junior centrado en la gestión, supervisión, control y reporting de proyectos muy innovadores de empresa de producto líder del sector "Fragancias y Cosméticos" en su área de proyectos TIC.

    Teletrabajo 60% (2 días/semana presencial en oficinas en Barcelona)

    FUNCIONES:

    *En nivel de inglés debe ser C1.

  • Facilitating meetings / communications with internal and/or external project stakeholders
  • Administrative services
  • Support in PO tasks and Outsourced services invoincing procedures.
  • PM Support REQUISITOS:
  • Titulación universitaria (Grado, Licenciatura o Ingeniería)
  • English language fluent (C1)
  • Experience in Excel.
  • Background supporting PMO in IT if possible and or procurement
  • Good level of English is a must.
  • Administrative and organizational skill as well communication ability.
  • The resource will be trained to use company SAP tools to generate Internal
  • Orders and Purchase Orders and the proper exercise of following up and reporting on it.
