    Responsabilidades:
    Desarrollo de Estrategias de Comunicación Interna:

    • Diseñar e implementar estrategias efectivas para mejorar la comunicación interna.
    • Colaborar con los líderes de la empresa para comprender los objetivos y transmitirlos de manera coherente a los empleados.

    Gestión de Plataformas de Comunicación:

    • Supervisar y gestionar las herramientas y plataformas de comunicación interna, como intranets, APPs y otras herramientas colaborativas.
    • Asegurarse de que estas plataformas sean accesibles, actualizadas y eficaces

    Creación de Contenidos:

    • Desarrollar y producir contenido relevante para mantener informados a los empleados sobre los logros, cambios organizativos, eventos y otros aspectos relevantes de la empresa.
    • Garantizar la coherencia y la alineación de los mensajes con la identidad corporativa

    Gestión de Eventos Internos:

    • Planificar y ejecutar eventos internos, como reuniones, seminarios y celebraciones, para fomentar la cohesión entre los empleados y transmitir mensajes clave

    Feedback y Evaluación:

    • Recopilar y analizar el feedback de los empleados sobre las iniciativas de comunicación.
    • Evaluar la efectividad de las estrategias implementadas y realizar ajustes según sea necesario

    Colaboración Interdepartamental:

    • Trabajar estrechamente con otros departamentos para garantizar una comunicación efectiva en toda la organización.
    • Colaborar con Recursos Humanos, Marketing y otros equipos para alinear los mensajes y objetivos.

    ¿Qué estamos buscando?

    • Una persona con capacidad de comunicarse de manera clara y persuasiva, tanto de forma escrita como verbal.
    • Capacidad de adaptarse rápidamente a nuevas situaciones y ajustar las estrategias de comunicación según sea necesario.
    • Una persona con enfoque creativo para la comunicación interna, utilizando diferentes formatos y canales para mantener la atención de los empleados y hacer que los mensajes sean memorables.
    • Comprensión de la visión y los objetivos de la empresa para desarrollar estrategias de comunicación interna alineadas con la dirección general de la organización.
    • Ser capaz de identificar y abordar problemas de comunicación de manera proactiva, encontrando soluciones efectivas para mejorar la eficacia de la comunicación interna

    Requisitos:

    • Formación Universitaria.
    • Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en posición similar gestionando un equipo (alta capacidad de liderazgo).
    • Nivel de inglés C1.
    • Experiencia en la utilización de apps y herramientas propias de la comunicación interna.
    • Alta orientación al cliente interno.
