We're looking for a
Social and Community Specialist the main mission is to establish and maintain a strong online presence for Tropicfeel through engaging and meaningful content and interactions with our target audience.


Your challenge & roles:


  • Social Content Specialist
  • Community management

Your responsibilities:


  • Developing and executing a content strategy across all social media platforms to engage with and build the community.
  • Challenge social media planning content and launching it on a daily basis.
  • Community engagement and relationshipbuilding. Monitor and respond to user comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Community moderation. Moderating usergenerated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and brand values.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends and technologies, and incorporate new ideas and best practices into the content strategy.
  • Utilize existing photography and footage to produce shortform videos or static content that can be used across the social media ( specially Tik Tok & IG )
  • Create the necessary documentation to ensure consistency across platforms according to brand identity, positioning, and product roadmap (Social Media Q&A, guidelines, etc.)
  • Create, Support and revise brand & growth channels copywriting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Support Brand Marketing team with PR tasks, Partnership proposals, and Influencer projects.
  • Social media listening: Monitoring social media platforms for mentions of the brand, competitors, and relevant industry trends.

Salario: 21.000,00€-23.000,00€ al año
