We are looking for a passionate, creative and forward-thinking Community Manager to join our international and fast-growing creative team in Barcelona.


  • Grow and engage with the online community.
  • Create a relevant content calendar with a key moment in alignment with the consumer insights per country with a deep understanding of the brand.
  • Ensure organic content campaigns, focused on social media, are adapted to all social media platforms.
  • Coverage of the live events such as launch events, press release, brand ambassador activations etc. and translation into engaging content for our social media channels.

Necessary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Available to travel 1/3rd.
  • Develop and manage digital owned activities within the company's digital platforms.
  • Analyze organic content campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborating with Global Category department to improve the appearance layout.
  • Define and design a social content calendar aligned with needs and requirements provided by Global Category and Global media teams.
  • Execute and deliver wellwritten, errorfree content provided by Global Category Lead and her team.
  • Provide regular monitoring and reporting of the content campaign and database performance. based on the KPIs defined by Global Category team & Global Media team.
  • Ensure alignment with business priorities and internal stakeholders.
  • Alignment with consumer care department to understand and answer the needs of our community.

Relationships and Roles:

Part of the Marketing Team, working closely with Creative, Media and PR teams.


Job Specifications:


  • Native English speaker.
  • Proven experience in growing and managing community with outstanding results.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience on a similar position within premium brands or creative agency.
  • Experience with Social Marketing tools such as Hootsuite/Emplifi.
  • Excellent communication abilities working crossfunctionally to report results and ensure its shareability.
  • Writing and editing skills.
  • Razor sharp attention to detail; process and systems oriented.
  • Handson, flawless execution/doer.
  • Digital savvy with Data analysis skills.
  • Passionate about social media and communication.
  • Curious and full of new ideas.
  • Customer centric approach.
