• Community Engagement: Build and maintain a strong relationship with our online communities across various platforms, including social media and CRM.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content that resonates with the community's interests and aligns with the brand's voice and values.
• Customer Support: Posting content, responding to comments, private messages and engaging with followers.
• Influencer Outreach: Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase brand exposure and create partnerships that drive community growth and engagement.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, social media updates, and community insights to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze community metrics, engagement levels, and campaign performance to provide insights and make datadriven decisions.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, copywriters and designers, to ensure consistent messaging and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to whom we offer community management services.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in community engagement strategies, tools, and processes to optimize community growth and brand loyalty.

• Bilingual in IT, proficient ES, and advanced EN language skills.
• Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, preferably within a global or multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Twitch or BeReal platforms and social listening tools.
• Experience with live shopping or social commerce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to various online platforms and audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine connections with community members.
• Creativity and a passion for creating engaging content that reflects the brand's voice and resonates with the community.
• Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights is a plus.
