    Mondrian Ibiza es un elegante país de las maravillas con 154 habitaciones y espacios públicos de diseño, incluyendo una amplia terraza con vistas a la bahía.

    Hyde Ibiza es un paraíso para los amantes de la gastronomía, inspirado en los festivales y un escaparate para la música y la vida nocturna; Tiene 401 habitaciones con texturas naturales y toques artesanales.

    Juntos, los hoteles suman 7 restaurantes y bares; Desde sushi de primera calidad hasta cocina balear del mar a la mesa.

    Los hoteles están gestionados por Ennismore, la empresa hotelera lifestyle de más rápido crecimiento, en colaboración con el Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga, propiedad del fondo de inversión Apollo.

    Descripción del empleo

    Lo que harás...

    • Coordinartodos los aspectos de las reservas y eventos de grupos, incluidas las consultas, las reservas y la logística.
    • Actuar como el principal punto de contacto para los clientes, asegurando que se satisfagan sus necesidades y preferencias durante todo el proceso de planificación.
    • Colaborarcon varios departamentos dentro del hotel para garantizar la ejecución perfecta de actividades y eventos grupales.
    • Preparar y distribuir propuestas de eventos, contratos y facturas, asegurando la precisión y el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa.
    • Ayudar con la coordinación de la logística en el sitio durante los eventos, incluida la configuración, el catering, el equipo audiovisual y los servicios para invitados.
    • Mantenerregistros precisos de todas las reservas, contratos y correspondencia de grupos.
    • Ayudar en el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias promocionales para atraer reservas de grupos y aumentar los ingresos del evento.
    • Proporcionar un servicio de atención al cliente excepcional a los clientes antes, durante y después de sus eventos para garantizar la satisfacción y la repetición de negocios.
    • Mantenerseinformado sobre las tendencias de la industria y las actividades de la competencia para identificar oportunidades de mejora e innovación.

    Lo que buscamos:

    • Experiencia previa en coordinación de eventos, preferiblemente en un entorno hotelero o de hostelería.
    • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo, con la capacidad de priorizar las tareas de manera efectiva.
    • Excelentes habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales, con la capacidad de interactuar con confianza con clientes y colegas.
    • Orientado a los detalles con un enfoque en la precisión y la calidad en todos los aspectos del trabajo.
    • Dominio de la suite Microsoft Office y software de gestión de eventos.
    • Capacidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluidas las noches, los fines de semana y los días festivos, según lo requieran las demandas del puesto.
    • Es ventajoso conocer las regulaciones locales y los permisos relacionados con eventos y actividades grupales.
    • Capacidad para trabajar bien bajo presión y adaptarse a circunstancias cambiantes en un entorno acelerado.
    • Una actitud positiva, una fuerte ética de trabajo y la voluntad de contribuir a un entorno de equipo colaborativo.
    • Inglés y español fluidos. Más idiomas es una ventaja.
