    En Watson estamos buscando a una persona joven para convertirse en uno de los guardianes de nuestro tesoro más preciado: nuestros clientes.

    Responsabilidades

    • Supervisar y ejecutar el proceso de onboarding de nuevos clientes a la plataforma.
    • Ejecutar el proceso de liquidación y facturación de los clientes.
    • Dar soporte y gestionar de las cuentas activas en la plataforma, siendo capaz de comprender las necesidades del cliente.
    • Extraer todo el feedback posible de las cuentas, para la mejora constante del producto y del soporte
    • Trabajar de forma directa con el equipo de soporte, ventas y marketing.
    • Construir y mantener una estrecha relación entre Watson y sus clientes.

    Requisitos

    • Proactividad, don de gentes y empatía.
    • Ingles avanzado
    • Posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas con tu universidad.
    • Familiaridad con herramientas de gestión de clientes (CRM).
    • Habilidades interpersonales óptimas para conseguir una comunicación efectiva con los clientes (tanto escritas como verbales).
    • Agilidad para tomar decisiones y navegar en un entorno de constante cambio.
    • Ser un foodie de la vida. Sin duda lo más importante :)

    Bonus points

    • Portugués avanzado
    • Experiencia previa trabajando en una startup del sector de la restauración.
    • Experiencia previa trabajando en un puesto de operaciones o de gestión de cuentas.
    • Dominio de herramientas de diseño y análisis web (Wordpress, Google Analytics o similares)
    • Dominio de Intercom o similar
    • Dominio de automatización de tareas operativas.
