This is what you will have to do on a normal day with us:

Collaborate with the Project Director in the development of client management.
Manage daily requests, both with clients and the internal team.
Coordinate the different client and agency stakeholders to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
Planning and coordinating the tasks of the specialist teams involved in each project, using the Trello tool.
Management, monitoring and global analysis of the assigned projects.

Qualifications:

We are looking for an intern with:

Recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing and Public Relations...
High English level: B2 or above.
Good level of Microsoft Tools Knowledge.
Good Communication Skills.
Eager to Learn and Positive Energy & Team player.

Additional Information:

Conditions:

Duration: 6 months parttime (mornings), extendable for an additional 6 months.
Hybrid working model: 2 office days and 3 remote days.
July, august, Christmas and Easter 100% remote.
Remuneration: 400 €/gross per month.
From Monday to Friday: 09:00 14:00
It is necessary to be able to enter into an agreement/annex with a university or business school.
