    ¿Qué buscamos?

    Actualmente buscamos un/a Operation Manager Perfil Multilingüe (Inglés,Español), con fuerte vocación profesional.

    Tu misión principal será liderar el desarrollo de los proyectos estratégicos de tú unidad de negocio.

    ¿Qué harás en nuestro equipo?

  • Análisis completo de la implementación de proyectos.
  • Identificación de prioridades, owners, acciones, fechas clave.
  • Definición del roadmap de acciones, responsables, entregables
  • Definición del modelo de seguimiento y ejecución.
  • Definición y seguimiento de los KPIs que controlan el éxito del proyecto.
  • Tendrás que garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente de la operación, conforme a las regulaciones y normativas de la empresa y el cliente.
  • Identificar los costes de implementación y presentar un presupuesto y planificación.
  • Tendrás el máximo nivel de interlocución con los responsables de cada área para poder garantizar el éxito en la implementación del proyecto
  • Tendrás que tener una visión completa de cómo opera la compañía para garantizar la representación de todas las áreas en el resultado final. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Posición indefinida a jornada completa, trabajamos de lunes a jueves de 9h a 18h y los viernes de 9h a 15h. -Salario bruto anual entre 20k/22k bruto anual. -Modalidad de trabajo Híbrido. ¿Qué necesitamos de nuestros nuevos Talentos?
  • Licenciatura/Grado universitario.
  • Inglés mínimo C1.
  • Experiencia previa de 1 año realizando funciones similares.
  • Motivación por realizar las funciones inherentes a la profesión con objetivos de excelencia y calidad.
  • Excelentes habilidades de escucha y comunicación.
  • Aptitud técnica y analítica.
