  • Supported the Global Head of Business Development to create an effective annual recruitment plan for all the regions and programs. Managed and supported 100 different corporate accounts throughout the year.
  • Managed a $5.5m budget across all BD units, in collaboration with the Global Head. Achieved $1.5m in revenues in my region, which was a 25% YoY growth through intensive sales efforts. 
  • Drove turnarounds in low-performing markets (Israel and Turkey) through key sales ideas and achieved 50% increase in new active partnerships and global partners as well as facilitated new government agreements in countries such as Turkey and Sweden.
