Global HR Senior Manager, Talent & Learning - Europe: lead the Regional/Functional coordination, development, and execution of the build, buy and borrow strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Work closely with Regional, Functional and HR stakeholders and Business leaders to identify business needs and link these to talent and learning requirements

Global HR Senior Manager, Learning & Development: responsible for designing and delivering Talent & Leadership programmes throughout the entire company and for the Learning & Development Centre of Expertise on a functional level (Supply Chain), administering all global activity while supporting the largest employee population.

GP Strategies: Global Digital Transformation strategy development affecting the company culture and processes for Fluidra, a multinational group of 86 companies operating in 45 countries across more than 160 offices and production plants globally (4500+ employees, 2017).

 

SUNEDISON (2014 – 2016)

Training Manager Europe: set-up and management of the Training Department for the organization in Europe. Additionally, supporting a variety of People Operations, B2B and B2C projects, including M&A inclusion, Sales & Operations training plan and communications to salespeople and partners, Processes & Policies implementation, etc.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:  

  • Establishment of SunEdison Residential and Small Commercial (RSC) Europe training department from scratch  
  • Leading-edge corporate CRM/ERP implementation and far-reaching support to Customer Loyalty & Quality on Customer Experience, User Experience, Quality Customer Service, etc.  
  • Design, implementation, and improvement of the Sales & Operations (S&OP) Training Plan  
  • Social Recruiting, Onboarding, Training, Coaching, Talent Management and Development   
  • Usage of the latest trends, methodologies, and technologies in Learning

Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Team Member: assisting in the development of the M&A integration plan, ensuring the integration of the acquired companies for the achievement of the strategic goals.

SunEdison University Global Project Director: creator of the SunEdison University, a Global Corporate Online Training Platform for internal and external customers of SunEdison Residential and Small Commercial, not only designed for training, but also acted as a communication vehicle between the company and its workforce/partners.
