    ¿Qué vas a hacer?
  • Dar de alta los artículos solicitados a través de JIRA con toda la información relativa al artículo.
  • Controlar la parametrización de los artículos: cantidades mínimas de Compra (CMC'S), Lead Time's, los acuerdos comerciales (escalados), los precios standard, EAN, DUN, Cod. INTRASTAT, etc)
  • Mantener y actualizar las Listas de Materiales (BOM)
  • Mantenimiento y validación de Escandallos
  • Solicitud de cotizaciones de Compra de materiales y materias primas, emisión y seguimiento de los Pedidos de Compra. recepción de los albaranes correspondientes en sistema y facturación.
  • En colaboración con el área de Calidad, seguimiento y gestión de las No Conformidades de materiales y materias primas
  • En colaboración con el área de Planificación, seguimiento de los Pedidos de Compra de los materiales necesarios para las fabricaciones tanto internas coma a terceros, solicitando las modificaciones necesarias para asegurar el cumplimiento de las planificaciones de producción, tanto internas como externas.
  • Análisis y categorización ABC de proveedores y artículos de compra para la propuesta de mejoras en precio, calidad o servicio.
  • Control y seguimiento de la evolución de los precios de compra para detectar desviaciones
  • Dar soporte en la implantación del nuevo ERP en el módulo de Maestro de Artículos y Modúlos de Compras & Planificación
    • ¿Qué necesitas para el puesto?
  • CFGS en Logística, Compras, Supply Chain o similar,
  • al menos 3 años de experiencia en una posición similar dentro de supply chain,
  • inglés avanzado
  • nivel usuario avanzado de Excel, con amplia experiencia en sistemas ERP (MRP, RPP) .
