    CS Quality Assurance Analyst

    The Role

    As a Customer Service Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our Trainer and customer service teams to maintain and improve the quality standards of Europe's leading airline. This is an entry-level position, offering a fantastic opportunity to grow within a dynamic team.

    The position will be based at our inner-city office in Madrid.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Conducting quality reviews to ensure adherence to established standards.
    • Participating in calibration sessions with Call Center leadership.
    • Identifying training needs and collaborating with the training department.
    • Highlighting areas of improvement through QA reports.
    • Auditing service results for compliance and consistency.
    • Providing tracking and reporting of Quality Assurance metrics.
    • Creating regular reports for management review..

    Requirements

    Experience Required:

    • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
    • Additional language skills (French, Spanish, Italian, German) are a plus.
    • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
    • Energetic and enthusiastic individual with a desire to grow within a company.

    • Passion for maintaining and improving service quality.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
