Team Lead, Quality Assurance - CDD & KYC Operations


As the Team Lead Quality Assurance for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC), you will spearhead the maintenance of unparalleled standards of accuracy and compliance within our CDD and KYC processes.

Your role will involve leading a Quality Assurance (QA) analyst team, setting clear objectives, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.


What you'll do

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of QA analysts, ensuring their alignment with company goals and objectives;
  • Develop, implement, and refine quality assurance strategies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of CDD and KYC processes;
  • Guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, conducting regular audits to spot and mitigate compliance risks;
  • Drive initiatives for continuous process improvement, leveraging datadriven insights and feedback to enhance workflows and minimize errors;
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with various departments to ensure seamless integration of QA procedures and promote a culture of compliance across the organization;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving regulatory standards related to CDD and KYC, implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance.

Who you're

  • You have an excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices pertaining to CDD and KYC;
  • You have proven leadership skills (at least 13 years of people leader experience) with the ability to mentor and develop team members effectively;
  • You have exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities, coupled with a detailoriented approach;
  • You're a strong communicator and have interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
  • You can adapt to changing regulatory landscapes and drive proactive compliance measures.
