The Analyst, FIT is responsible for supporting the initiatives and strategic objectives associated with innovation plans for IBERIA as a region.

Responsible for supporting key business initiatives through the region including development and implementation of new products in a highly competitive fast paced environment.

The Analyst, Food Innovation Technology reports to the Menu Brand Manager, as part of the Innovation Team. This team is led by the "Innovation, Calendar & Insights Marketing Manager".

The person in this position will support and interact with other functions within the Iberia team (Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain,

Development, Human Resources, and Finance) as well as Franchise Partner's General Managers and their teams, domestic counterparts, and regional suppliers.

Major job functions include:

Lead the innovation pipeline across the region; develop products from concept to rollout to support consumer insights initiatives. Must meet consumer acceptance norms, targets, and operational execution requirements.
Effectively work with Marketing and Operations to gain consumer feedback and make appropriate ingredients and product modifications.
Ensure ongoing partnership with Operations Team to rollout market tests before any Product Launch & supervise executions once launch.
Proactively align with Quality Assurance and Supply Chain to use approved suppliers and develop key ingredients as needed.
Develop procedures to ensure field readiness in alignment with our Brand Standards and Operations Team input.
Ensure the Brand in Winning on Taste vs. competition, throughout constant ingredient & process review.
Demonstrate ability to analyze technical data, anticipate project next steps, and make recommendations.
Partner with KFC Global to cascade key innovation initiatives and insight strategies.
Demonstrate thorough understanding of crossfunctional team roles and responsibilities, exemplify functional excellence while representing Food Innovation/Product Development from concept through implementation.
Be the Brand Standards Champion and goto person for our Franchisees in the IBERIA region for any Tasterelated topic.
Lead new products tasting sessions with our Franchisees.
Minimum three (3) years' experience in food related industry.
Ability to communicate effectively, work with a wide range of people, and influence teams. Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Demonstrated experience and success in product development/rollouts (NPD & EPD).
Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously within aggressive timetables.

Fully bilingual English

Spanish (writing and speaking)
Real foodie, proactively looking at new trends and evaluating how relevant they could be for the Brand
