    This is us, using AI to (truly) disrupt an entire industry

    Born at Stanford and Wharton , FounderNest is a gen-AI company in stealth mode that helps (today but with huge potential expansion opportunities) corporations in the world improve and streamline their market intelligence processes, including (for their spaces of interest): (1) helping them understand the taxonomy and dynamics of the space, (2) mapping out all the players, (3) getting unique insights about the space (e.g. growth rate, investment activity); and (4) tracking what their competitors are doing.

    Our core technology is built on real-time analytics running on private and public company data. This fuels our Natural Language Processing AI with +60M companies and +1.2B aggregated data points, allowing us to be 3x-5x better than alternatives.

    Drive new client acquisition and expansion, owning your accounts to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, managing all aspects of a competitive and complex sales cycle

    Self source and own your pipeline to consistently meet your goals

    Shape, qualify, nurture and chase your opportunities and zero in for the close relentlessly

    Help grow the sales team and build a scalable, repeatable process

    Collaborate with CEO/Sales manager to ensure acceleration of opportunities to close sales

    Develop client proposals that effectively communicate our products and offer customized solutions

    Keep up to date on industry trends that may impact client business activities

    Use Salesforce and other sales tools to keep tracking easy and accessible to the organization

    Who you are:

    Passion for the start-up world: Excited to be a founding member of the team, contributing to its growth and success from the ground up

    Proven Track Record in SaaS Sales: 2+ years of full cycle B2B SaaS sales experience. You've been measured on net new & expansion ARR in current or past roles and have a track record of meeting, if not exceeding those targets.

    Growth Mindset: You take pride in your work and desire to be the best in what you do. You are competitive and driven. You're authentic and self-aware. Humble and coachable. Take risks and learn from your mistakes. You're a "self-starter" who likes to take initiative and run with complex projects. In fact, it's your default setting.

    Outstanding Communicator & Storyteller: Strong communication skills in English (native) both verbal & written. You are a conceptual seller and can paint a compelling vision and be able to convey complex ideas with clarity & precision.

    Disciplined & Results Focused: discipled about the sales process: setting/hitting goals everyday, booking next steps etc.

    Degree or equivalent work experience

    Experienced with online tools for sales and collaboration (ie: Apollo, SalesNavigator, Zoom, Salesforce, Chorus, Slack)

    Understanding of teams that engage with external stakeholders and the startup ecosystem (e.g., innovation, partnerships, corporate development, CVC, procurement, etc.).

    You've been a first or early hire at a fast-growing start-up before.

    You've built sales playbooks or processes.

    Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish.

    Working environment

    We operate on a hybrid model - 3 days in office, 2 remote.

    You will have a full-time contract (i.e. no freelance work).

    We will offer you a very competitive salary based on your past experience and future potential, including a variable component baked into it. We also want you to have stock options since we want you to grow as the company grows and to celebrate FounderNest's success at all levels.
