- Several years of experience in a service environment with customer contacts;
- Enjoy working with web-based tools and the computer in general (good knowledge of standard MS Office applications);
- Knowledge of payroll & socio-legal legislation is an asset;

- Providing support to clients (via e-mail/telephone) who offer a Flex Income Plan to their employees, whether or not in collaboration with a consultant;
- Setting up and following up customer files in a web-based tool, maintaining contact with all internal (colleagues, payroll consultants, etc.) and external parties (customers, suppliers, etc.);
- Setting up and explaining a web-based tool to support bicycle leasing at companies
- Keeping the customer database, documentation, administration and planning up to date
