    MBA SURGICAL EMPOWERMENT é uma multinacional espanhola líder no setor da distribuição de tecnologia médico-cirúrgica, operando nos mercados de Espanha e Portugal. O nosso objetivo é fornecer aos profissionais de saúde as soluções mais inovadoras e completas no campo da ortopedia e traumatologia, anestesia, cirurgia e neurocirurgia.

    Do departamento financeiro da nossa delegação em Portugal, precisamos preencher a posição de Finannce Support.

    O principal objetivo será apoiar toda a equipa da Unidade de Negócio em questões financeiras e administrativas relacionadas com os processos de vendas (controlo de despesas, controlo de processos de venda, pendências de faturação, faturação, atendimento ao cliente, etc.), em coordenação com o Finance & Personnel Admin. Manager e o Logistics Supervisor.

    Procuramos alguém com formação em contabilidade, economia, finanças, etc., com pelo menos dois anos de experiência em tarefas semelhantes às definidas na oferta, com um nível elevado de habilidades em sistemas informáticos de gestão e ferramentas de escritório, e um nível médio-alto de inglês e/ou espanhol.

    A pessoa selecionada participará num programa de formação intensivo até adquirir os conhecimentos e habilidades necessárias para desempenhar o seu papel com autonomia e segurança.

    Responsabilidades/Funções a realizar

    Dar suporte administrativo/financeiro ao Finance & Personnel Admin Manager, e ao Country Manager, à rede de vendas da Unidade de Negócio e à área de Contabilidade na Unidade de Negócio.

    Recolher e rever toda a informação de processos de venda em colaboraçaão com a área Logistics e Sales Administration da Unidade de Negócio.

    Processar/rever os pedidos recebidos dos clientes (notas de encomenda) e lidar com correções junto aos clientes, se necessário.

    Processar, gerir e controlar as faturas e os pedidos e suas correções.

    Rever os itens pendentes de faturar no final do mês, conciliar os dados com os hospitais, identificar e resolver possíveis problemas para concluir o pedido. Realizar declarações mensais e reuniões de acordo com as necessidades dos clientes.

    Rever os relatórios de despesas do pessoal e os gastos associados a viagens e eventos da Unidade de Negócio para garantir o cumprimento da Política de Despesas da empresa, informando sobre quaisquer desvios ao Finance & Personnel Admin Managere mantendo um registo para futuros relatórios ou análises de custos..

    Contabilizar a documentação no sistema de gestão JDE (faturas de fornecedores, despesas de pessoal).

    Colaborar nos encerramentos contabilísticos mensais e anuais.

    Gerir o arquivo da documentação contabilística.

    Requisitos

    Formação:

    Será valorizado ter formação profissional de nível superior ou estudos universitários em Administração de Empresas, Administração Pública, Contabilidade e Finanças, entre outros..

    Experiencia previa:

    É imprescindível ter pelo menos dois anos de experiência realizando tarefas similares às definidas na oferta em departamentos de contabilidade e/ou financeiro.
