About the job

In the role of a Quotation Analyst, you will be reporting to the Head of Quotation Europe, CIS & Turkey.

In your daily tasks you will scrutinize and manage large-volume data to coordinate various Pre-Sales/Market to Order/Proposal Management function activities.

You will collect and summarize information from different business units such as Sales, Logistics, or Supply Chain to provide competitive Quotations and Pricing.

You will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of pricing strategies and modifying pricing structures as needed.

By tracking and providing the value added you contribute to our Sales KPIs (e.g., price fulfillment, profitability development, recycling etc.).

In addition, your tasks will include

Evaluating global market movements such as production costs, freight indices, or sales margins
Using the SAP-SD module (Sales & Distribution) system to create quotations
Being a keyuser of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and SAP-SD, and acting as a business partner for salespeople and the technical services in the region
Assisting in developing the RHI Magnesita Global Standardized Processes and Systems in our developing sales markets

What we expect from you in terms of

Education and Skills

A relevant educational background (preferably Business Administration/Economics or Technical Engineering with commercial experience)
Basic experience on CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and SAP-SD module will be a considerable asset

Languages

English
Proficient/Fluent
Either Turkish or German
Advanced
Any other language will be considered an asset

Work Experience

First relevant professional experience (internships etc.)
