Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position**:
Languages: Spanish and English B2:- Administrative skills
- ITIL knowledge
- Smooth handling of PC in Windows environment
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge management, ticket generation and remote control (SCCM) tools
- Microcomputer knowledge
- Basic knowledge of networks and systems
- Use of smartphones and tablets
