About the job

In the position of a Quotation Analyst for the Industrial Department you will be working together with our sales force, helping them achieve the best possible offers for their clients.

You will scrutinize and manage large-volume data to ensure correct processing of orders daily. Moreover, you will effectively communicate with various internal departments such as Logistics etc. to report any inconsistencies in the information provided. Your support towards different departments will enable them in reaching key customers.

In addition, your tasks will include

Preparing final client quotes
Analyzing prices and margins
Evaluating market movements

You are a keen, fast learner and a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude.

With your great enthusiasm and detail-oriented mindset, you bring top-quality results to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues.

You strive for perfection and always make sure that your work is of a high standard.

You work well in cross-functional teams, are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions or reach out to appropriate entities when you detect inconsistencies.

With your hands-on mentality, structured approach, and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo.

What we expect from you in terms of

Education and Skills

A bachelor's degree in business administration or similar
Previous knowledge of SAP and/or Excel would be a considerable plus

Languages

English
Proficient/Fluent
Any other language is considered as an asset

Work Experience

A few years relevant professional experience
