    El puesto:
    Carrier Management Analyst


    La persona seleccionada trabajará a nível local con todas las unidades especialistas de Madrid y las distintas oficinas regionales de WTW Iberia, y además formará parte de la comunidad de Broking y Carrier Management de Western Europe.


    La parte principal del puesto es la gestión de la relación y la prestación de servicios a los mercados de seguros más estratégicos para WTW que operan en España.


    Funciones y Responsabilidades:


    Dar soporte al equipo de Carrier Management para garantizar que se cumplen los procesos internos de gobernanza establecidos por el grupo WTW, y al mismo tiempo apoyar y participar en el desarrollo de nuevos modelos y procesos internos cuando sea necesario.


    • Carrier Services: BDAs (Business Development Agreement)
    • Preparación de agendas y presentaciones power point
    • Recopilación de Feedback y seguimiento de Pipelines
    • Realización de actas de reuniones y seguimiento de tareas y acciones acordadas
    • Actualización de Meeting Logs y Action Trackers para cada acuerdo BDA
    • Soporte en todas las diversas tareas para la prestación de los servicios incluidos en los acuerdos Business Development Agreement
    • WTW

    Quality Index:
    Planificación, Coordinación y ejecución de las encuestas. Presentación de los resultados y Deep-dive análisis como parte de los servicios BDA.

    • Portfolio Management: análisis y seguimiento de la evolución del negocio (primas, comisiones, distribución por Unidades y Oficinas, segmentos, líneas de negocio, Panels & Facilities)
    • Informes de Mercado:
    • Investigación sobre la situación de las aseguradoras, cambios a nível de directivos y de estrategia.
    • Investigación y análisis sobre la situación del mercado por líneas de negocio para la elaboración de los Informes de Mercado con carácter bianual más dos actualizaciones trimestrales.
    • Apoyo en la elaboración de los Informes de Mercados que se publican 2 veces al año
    • Otros Proyectos:
    Participar en la coordinación de distintos proyectos tanto a nível local como regional, gestionar actividades desde el principio hasta su finalización, hacer seguimiento y actualización de tareas, y ayudar en la prestación de los servicios a los mercados de seguros

    • Graduado. Buen expediente académico
    • Se valorará experiência profesional previa.
    • Conocimiento general sobre el sector asegurador.
    • IMPRESCINDIBLE nível alto/advanced de inglés
    • Alto nível de Capacidad analítica (manejo de gran cantidad de datos)
    • Autónomo y resolutivo.
    • Creatividad y proactividad
    • Buen conocimiento de Excel, PowerPoint y Word (se valorarán conocimientos de Visual Basic y Access)
    • Habilidades de comunicación
    • Alta capacidad de relación con diferentes personas y colectivos
    • Capacidad de Project Managing
