Description

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to innovation management. You will partner with the Verisure Proposition Management team to explore new business models and disruptive technologies. Collaborate with the Group Proposition Management Team and other Proposition Managers to enhance our business model and drive innovation for growth.

Among others, in this role you will be responsible for:

Researching the security market, relevant industries, competition, potential partners, and conducting product testing.
Transforming interesting insights into ideas for new Products & Services.
Supporting the Innovation Domain team members as needed.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other Propositions Managers outside the Innovation Domain.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

University degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering).
Additional education in Business Strategy/Management, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Marketing Strategy, or Product Design.
Fluency in English and Spanish (French or Swedish as a plus).
Strong oral and written communication skills, especially in MS PowerPoint and presentation abilities.
A capacity to grasp the big picture and the drive to turn new ideas into reality.
Experience and interest in product-related work.

Preferred:

Experience in the international business arena or studying/working abroad.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
Background in market research and data analysis.
Familiarity with consumer qualitative research, design thinking, or human-centric insights methods.
Knowledge of UX/UI concepts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective creation and delivery of presentations.
