    Presales Engineer

    Job Description:

    Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) business is a global technology enablement company. We specialize in providing value-added distribution, business consulting, and channel enablement services to top technology manufacturers and their partners serving commercial and government sectors.

    Join us on our journey at Arrow, a leading player in the technology industry. As a Presales Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with sales representatives to showcase and advocate for our company's products and security solutions to our valued customers.

    From conducting tailored demos and presentations to hosting training sessions and webinars, your role involves offering technical guidance, support, and expertise to customers. You'll also have the chance to engage in technology exhibitions and events.

    What Your Role Entails:
    • Sharing technical knowledge and expertise.
    • Obtaining certifications in various Vendor technologies.
    • Assisting in crafting client offers in collaboration with the business teams.
    • Engaging with partners to identify needs and business opportunities through technical consultancy.
    • Conducting customer training sessions and workshops.
    • Regularly visiting customers.
    • Developing proof of concepts (PoC) in real customer environments using Arrow's diverse technical solutions.
    • Continuous training on the latest technologies.


    What We Seek:
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Security sector or a technical IT high school diploma or a degree in Computer Science.
    • Strong Networking and Security capabilities are advantageous.
    • Effective negotiation and communication skills.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and technology.
    • Genuine enthusiasm for learning new technologies and embracing challenges.
    • Ability to address partner issues and adept at workload prioritization.
    • Availability for regional travel and participation in EMEA events.
    • Background in Wireless Networks, Antivirus, Firewall, and Networks is beneficial.
    • Team collaboration and cooperation skills.
