    Importante empresa del sector Real Estate en pleno desarrollo, participada por un private equity internacional, ubicada en Madrid, está en búsqueda de un/a Finance Integration Manager para su equipo financiero. Posición muy ligada a negocio con amplia exposición a inversores y al equipo de M&A, participando en comités de dirección.

    ¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

  • Coordinación con el equipo de M&A y el negocio en la integración de nuevas adquisiciones.
  • Participación activa en el proceso de due-diligence financiera y coordinación con expertos independientes.
  • Revisión de los estados financieros de empresas adquiridas.
  • Preparación y revision de planes de negocio de empresas y activos adquiridos o en cartera.
  • Coordinación de los equipos de contabilidad salientes y entrantes.
  • Preparación y revisión de Purchase Price Allocations, seguimiento de ajustes al precio...
    ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
  • Licenciatura en ADE y valorable MBA posterior.
  • Conocimientos técnicos contables y valorable conocimientos de IFRS.
  • Inglés nivel alto.
  • Imprescindible experiencia de al menos 5-6 años en Big 4 (Audit o TAS).
  • Gestión de proyectos.
  • Visión estratégica.
  • Programación / Organización.
  • Trabajo en equipo.
  • Liderazgo.
  • Habilidades de comunicación.
