YOUR DAY TO DAY


Manager/Senior Manager ITM will lead ITM strategy and initiatives to ensure sustainable Talent Management, Talent Development and Career strategies are in place and a deep future talent bench for the global function.


Talent Strategy and Workforce planning:

  • Support the development of talent strategies required to deliver the functional business strategy
  • Identify current Capability gaps and develop plans to close those gaps (Buy, Build, Borrow, Bot etc) whilst adhering to I&D targets, diversity and promoting Inclusive leadership
  • Provide ITM Strategic consulting support on specific functional talent projects to P&C BP and Business stakeholder and by leveraging COE expertise when needed as well as providing feedback to expert teams for continuous improvement

Talent Management & Succession Planning:

  • Support identification of talents, planning, and executing their individual development, building succession plans for critical roles in Functions through Talent Review process
  • Plan, prepare and run functional, subfunctional and crossfunctional Talent Review within relevant window
  • Lead/Facilitate discussions during functional Talent Reviews
  • Design, plan and execute succession pipeline/talent moves for critical roles and run Quarterly talent review follow ups

Talent Development & Career Management:

  • Identify and drive a holistic approach to developing the skills, knowledge, experience and behaviors required to deliver the Function strategy, associated leadership capabilities
  • Identify, deploy and assess the effectiveness of Learning & development programs enhancing and strengthening critical business capabilities to ensure current and emerging leaders have the skills to drive the desired culture, effectively lead, engage and develop their teams
  • Lead the integration and deployment of the PMI Career Management value proposition inclusive of technical career pathways with the support of the COE and capability leads to ensure employees have visibility of career opportunities and growth within the functional and cross functional domains

Performance Management:

  • Drive performance culture enabling managers and employees to set expectations and goals, give and receive feedback and discuss professional development needs and career aspirations
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in P&C organization with exposure to change management, talent management & development, organization development in a transformation environment
  • Proven experience in Talent Management / Learning & Development/ Performance Management / Workforce Planning
  • Ability to perform at strategic as well as tactical level
  • Demonstrates data driven approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, teamworking and influencing skills
