    With offices throughout the world and based in Barcelona, they are looking for a CRM Specialist for their marketing team.

    The CRM Specialist will be part of a multidisciplinary team, highly experienced and very professional working in a collaborative way.


    DescriptionFunctions:


    The CRM specialist will contribute to the implementation and optimization of customer relationship management (CRM) strategies using tools likeSalesforce Marketing Cloud .

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM principles, marketing automation, and a keen eye for data-driven decision-making.1.


    Campaign Execution:

    • Design, build, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other CRM solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM strategies with overall marketing initiatives

    2 Data Management:

    • Manage and maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
    • Segment and analyze customer data to tailor campaigns for specific target audiences

    3 Automation and Personalization:

    • Implement marketing automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and drive personalized interactions.
    • Work closely with content creators to ensure messaging aligns with segmentation and personalization strategies

    4 Reporting and Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Generate regular reports on CRM KPIs and present findings to the marketing team

    5 Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align CRM strategies with overall marketing goals.
    • Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective communication and coordination

    Requirements:

    • Proficient level ofEnglish– additional European language is an advantage
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or business administration
    • Marketing Cloud certificationrequired, or2+ years of proven experience in a similar CRM roleor marketing coordination role.
    • Strong understanding ofemail marketingbest practices andmarketing automation.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to engage and inspire various stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free work.
    • Project Management skills, organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong in teamwork with a can-do and positive attitude.
    • Familiarity withHTML, CSS, AMPscriptfor email template customization would be preferred.
    • Familiarity withSQLfor data management would be preferred
