- Participatein innovation projects: Identification of customer unmet needs & establish product profile Conduct in laboratory minor modifications to existing products to provide a robust solution to customers Participate in industrialization trials of new products
- Bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, or polymeric materials
- 5 years of proven work experience in silicone industry and/or technical service in chemical industry
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Team player with effective communication skills to work with cross-functionnal teams ( Production , Quality, Sales & Marketing, R&T...)
- Keen interest in conducting laboratory work
- Fluency in Spanish and English (in speaking and writing), French is a plus
