We are currently looking for a highly motivated professional with a
strong background in sales to join our client from
chemical industry.

Fluent in Italian (C1), you will play a vital role in expanding their business and nurturing relationships with their esteemed Italian clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the rubber industry in Italy.
  • Implement sales strategies to promote our range of rubber additives, driving revenue growth and market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.

Requirements:


Requirements:


  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the rubber or chemical industry.

Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.

Flexibility to travel within
Italy as required.
