Sales Account Manager (Italian-speaking)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the rubber industry in Italy.
- Implement sales strategies to promote our range of rubber additives, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions for clients.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
Requirements:
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the rubber or chemical industry.
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
Flexibility to travel within
Italy as required.
