    Over de functie Build up an effective and efficient team of finance professionals in our SSC.

    Motivate and coach them with the aim of making optimal use of and developing their capabilities, skills and knowledgeSet up the standard process model including supporting documentation (flow charts, work instructions etc.) for the services in scopeLead the migration of finance activities in scope from local entities in the EMEA region to our SSC in Barcelona within the next 2 yearsAct as consultant for Finance in the migration projects from Navision and local ERPsto Dynamics 365Ensure timely staffing and smooth onboarding of new colleagues by implementing a structured onboarding programDefine the direction of the team, set priorities and clear goals and translate into concrete actions, initiatives and KPI ́sEnsure integrity and correctness of the financial statements for all legal entities under your responsibility - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial statements to Group Accounting (monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities)Ensure timely and accurate execution of journal entries into our ERP systemsEnsure timely and accurate delivery of transactional services to internal customers in accordance with SLAsEnsure service delivery is in line with Group policies and guidelinesEnsure high level of customer satisfaction - Build strong collaborative relations with internal and external stakeholdersDrive process standardization and continuous improvement initiativesIdentify, analyse and resolve performance issues Wat wij vragen Preferably you have an academic degree in Business AdministrationYou are fluent in English, additional languages are a plusYou have several years of experience in Accounting, preferably in multiple countries and in an international SSC environmentYou are customer oriented with a positive collaborative attitudeYou are a people ́s person with excellent communication skillsExperience in leading teams and individuals with an eye for talent and people developmentYou are a constantly looking for improvement areas with the ability to think out of the box and find creative solutions for complex challengesYou are resilient and stress-resistant and have excellent leadership and decision taking skillsYou have strong analytical skills combined with a strong conceptual understanding of finance data and ERP systemsYou are proactive and independent with a hands-on mentality Wat wij bieden We offer a unique working environment where talent and ambition can develop to its fullest.
