Position Overview:
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring the successful execution of digital advertising campaigns through our Demand Side Platform (DSP).
This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing billing and invoicing processes, and collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.
The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, revenue growth, and account retention.Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Billing and Invoicing:
Monitor and report on dashboard revenue versus invoiced and collected revenue.
- Account Planning:
Collaborate with Media Buyers to align strategies and ensure successful implementation of plans.
- Account Management:
Provide regular reports and insights to clients, focusing on value and ROI.
- Internal Sales Support:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management or client services within the Adtech or digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of DSPs, programmatic advertising, and the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
