We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager for our Service Delivery team to lead the relationship with our key accounts.


Your day-to-day:


  • Foster strong and lasting relationships with clients, collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
  • Analyze the current client situation and formulate strategies to increase digitalization coverage.
  • Align the implementation and deployment strategy of the solution with the client's internal objectives, considering our vision: Increased process automation to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Ensure the success of service with the company's key and historical clients.
  • Work together with the client to define the operational model and roadmap in their digital transformation journey: From As Is to To Be.
  • Develop the action plan's schedule and related deliverables for the implementation project.
  • Identify each client's needs and propose solutions based on our technology/tools and best practices in the sector.
  • Identify Growth opportunities and follow up jointly with the Business Development team.
  • Coordinate internal integration teams for the necessary developments to be carried out with the client.
  • Detect potential risks and carry out necessary corrective actions to ensure the success of the project.
  • Report to the client on the project's evolution and status, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes: Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes and implement them.
  • Collaborate with the following teams: implementation & onboarding, business development, product development and customer care.

What are we looking for?:


  • Customer centricity and resultsoriented
  • Team player who wants to share and contribute
  • Previous experience in managing large accounts/business development
  • Experience in sales in technology or tourism companies is valued
  • Previous experience in project management/implementation of SAAs (nice to have)
  • Previous experience in working with tangible objectives
  • Highly valued experience/training in the tourism and restaurant sectors
  • Advanced level of Spanish and English (French is valued)
  • Person with good communication skills and customer interaction
