Desde la división de Sales & Marketing en Robert Walters estamos buscando un Sales Area Manager para una empresa líder en el sector Aftermarket Automoción
El candidato deberá realizar las siguientes funciones:
• Gestionar la cartera de cuentas para lograr su mayor éxito a largo plazo
• Satisfacer las necesidades y peticiones de los clientes
• Generar nuevas ventas utilizando los clientes existentes y potenciales
• Trabajar, con el apoyo del PM local para actividades específicas, para investigar y visitar posibles canales de distribución
• Establecer el presupuesto anual en consonancia con la línea directriz del Director Regional de Ventas
• Desarrollar ideas comerciales y promocionales para el crecimiento del negocio
• Desarrollar proyectos de ventas alineados con la estrategia de crecimiento
• Preparar estadísticas y KPI's necesarios para el seguimiento
• Asistir a eventos de clientes y de mercado
• Participar en el plan de medios y comunicación
• Participar en el plan de campañas de ventas
• Participar en la estrategia de precios
• Asistir a los seminarios de formación
• Apoyado por el equipo de Trade Marketing y CRM para actividades específicas
El candidato deberá tener los siguientes requisitos:
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en el mercado independiente de automoción español o portugués
• Conocimiento del negocio y experiencia previa en posiciones similares
• Disponibilidad para viajar en el área de ventas entre el 50% y el 65% del tiempo en función de las necesidades
• Capacidad para entregar proyectos
• Perspicacia comercial con actitud resolutiva
• Flexibilidad y reacción rápida a los cambios internos y externos
• Conocimientos básicos de contabilidad/finanzas
• Alto compromiso con los objetivos
• Capacidad para trabajar bien bajo presión
• Cultura de trabajo en equipo
