Europe Microsoft Dynamics 365 IT Business Analysts for one of its associate members: The Alliance Automotive Group (AAG).


The Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) is a leading retailer in Europe in the automotive aftermarket. AAG leadership desires to optimize the efficiency of its operations for the future through its next phase of growth: an effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution will support bridging our planning, transactional processes, and information to meet the needs of a growing organization.

In order to do so, AAG IT's newly created Internal Service Provider (ISP) is seeking highly motivated, dynamic, hands-on, team players to fill
2 roles in the program team to define, evolve and implement our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution: an
Sales & Distribution Business Analyst and an
WMS (warehouse management system) Business Analyst.


What You'll Do
You will be part of an international team focused on aligning strategic objectives with tactical demands.


Specifically, you will:

  • Assist to deliver and evolve for the WMS and/or Sales&Distribution business domain a blueprint of the enterprise ERP solution for current and future capabilities.
  • Drive and facilitate the detailed design of the ERP solution for Supply Chain (warehouse) and/or Sales&Distribution including business processes configuration, master data mapping and configuration, integration and custom development.
  • Facilitate workshops or key meetings with Europe and Country level business process owners, key users, IT and Digital team members to capture business requirements, their strategies and goals, and to define and implement the solution.
  • Breakdown business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources (work effort).
  • Support the change request and portfolio prioritization process.
  • Continuously review existing business processes in collaboration with the business units, propose and realize execute process optimization.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure end to end business process and technical solution coherence.

What You'll Bring


You have strong competency in Supply Chain (warehouse) and/or Sales&Distribution business processes and are highly skilled in transforming business requirements into functional requirements and mapping them to an ERP or a WMS, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.

You think out of the box and are successful in defining the optimal solution to the business requirement within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You have a proven track record technically and are a positive influence as a team player in the program.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years experience in implementing an ERP or WMS in Supply Chain (warehouse) and/or Sales&Distribution area of a retailer company or equivalent is a must.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Supply Chain (warehouse) and/or Sales&Distribution), Power Platform and DevOps is highly preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of Supply Chain (warehouse) and/or Sales&Distribution business processes.
  • Ability to resolve problems independently using an analytical approach.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Selfstarter and autonomous.
  • Good organizational skills & time management skills.
  • Culturally astute, you enjoy working in international environments.
  • Fluent English is a must, with additional language fluency strongly preferred.
  • Travel requirements: visit other european sites 25% of your time.

Salary: 30,000.00€ - 60,000.00€ per year
