    About the position:

    We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Engineer to join Igenomix, a part of the Vitrolife group. The person will be focus on theAfter-Sales Services, such as, installation and user training for Octax laser systems coveringSpain and Portugal.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Installation for Octax laser systems.
    • Provide user trainings for Octax laser systems.
    • Guarantee a correct use of the laser by the client.
    • Follow-up service to clients.
    • Manage and problem solving of clients requests related to the laser.

    What will you need as a successful Technical Service Engineer - After Sales ?

    Required

    • Elechtronical and Mechanical Degree
    • Background incell biology and IVF
    • Advanced skills operating a Windows computer
    • Knowledge in operating the microscope
    • Ability to handle sensitive mechanical and optical components with corresponding tools
    • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

    Positively Valued

    • Familiarity with Octax laser systems
