- Maintain constant communication with upper management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the campaign.
- Manage the whole team of Telco Sales Campaign.
- Implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time
- Track staffing requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution
- Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Provide operational support and guidance to staff
- Bachelor's degree in any course. Operations management, business administration, or related field are preferred
- Proven background when it comes to Telco/Sales Campaign.
- Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
- Strong interpersonal and communication Skills
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
- Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
- The candidate must live within 30 minutes of our Ortigas office. Perfect attendance and arriving 30 minutes before the shift are a must.
