We are currently looking for Customer Service Representative to join us at our facility in Asturias.

The Customer Service/Business Relationship professional is a key role within the sales structure acting a primary customer interface.

They both help field salespeople with some activities as well as they act as sales representatives for specific assigned customers in their territories.


Key responsibilities:

  • Primary customer interface for external customers, distributors, and potential customers, managing relationships and understanding their roles and responsibilities
  • Monitors open orders and leadtime developments, ensuring timely deliveries and addressing late orders due to various factors
  • Collaborates with internal Axalta Partners to meet customer requirements and commitments
  • Drives adoption of digital tools such as the Webshop, providing support and reporting issues
  • Manages endtoend customer order processes, including order handling, offer management, price calculations, returns, and invoicing
  • Receives and processes all types of customer orders including complex orders, processes internal requests related to customer inquiries (laboratory work requests, brochures or sample sending etc.)
  • Inventory Handling: Manages setups like calloff orders or consignment stocks: consignment fillup, inventory management, invoicing, count, reconciliation
  • Follows desk procedures/policies in compliance with SOX, ISO, and other requirements. Executes where defined controls or maintains documents needed for evidence
  • Handles activities related to customer and price master data maintenance, cash collection, rebates, commissions, inventory management, complaint processing, and quality control.

Key requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
  • Language skills: Fluency in English. Ideally French or Arabic. Spanish will be beneficial as the role is based out in Spain.
  • Computer knowledge: Proficient in Word and Excel. Good knowledge of SAP. Ideally experience in working with CRM Tools
  • Ideally 2 years of experience in customer service, and supply chain or logistics department within an international company
  • Export knowledge. Maritime.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing)
