- Translate Ria Global strategy into specific Country goals. Work closely with local team for execution, control and results evaluation.
- Interaction with all the departments that conform the digital operation: Compliance, Business Intelligence, Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.
- Competitor's monitoring: payment and delivery methods, promotions, partners, UX, app or push notifications, etc.
- Establish objectives that entail researching and scouting for potential local digital partnerships.
- Defines Go to Market strategy/requirements together with local teams and Marketing for corridor initiatives. Evaluates revenue opportunity and support the evaluation and structuring of new business opportunities.
- Implement country-specific omnichannel growth initiatives.
- Monitors Digital roadmap by working with Business Intelligence, Product, IT and local regions to generate understanding and expert knowledge of projects and timings.
- Customer Funnel and other KPI's Monitoring.
- Incidences & releases Follow up, New features and implementations testing.
- Put the boots on the ground to physically driving Digital growth.

Ria is hiring a Business Strategy Specialist role for the Digital expansion in the European Union markets. We are looking for an experienced, analytical, and entrepreneurial individual to drive digital growth of our European markets. You will be developing and executing strategies across marketing, product, customer service, analytics and other functions to increase revenue, drive customer acquisition and improve customer satisfaction among other key KPIs.
This exciting position will be a key contributor in creating an Omnichannel experience for customers and enabling similar customer experience in-person or online using a singular Ria message for all channels all the time.
The position will be based in Spain and reporting to the Digital channel Director.
