- Draft and review Data Privacy & Data Transfer Agreements, in coordination with local internal counsel
- Provide privacy support in negotiations with third parties
- Support colleagues in application of local regulatory requirements
- Develop and review site Data Privacy and Cookie Notices
- Research and document complex processing operations through appropriate selection of lawful basis of processing and application of data transfer documentation
- Monitor changes in the evolving local regulatory regimes and share with the Privacy team and local business leaders
- Demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the company principles and the services provided
- Conduct, support and evaluate Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) activities, especially in the areas of developing new products/services, updating existing products/services, selecting third-party service providers, and implementing new internal processes
- Provide support regarding the resolution of complex Data Subject Rights requests
- Support the efficient operation and continuous improvement of the corporate breach reporting, data retention, data subject rights reporting, record of processing and PIA processes
- Assist in the communication of the corporate privacy program to the business. Candidates are expected to demonstrate effective presentation and influencing skills
- Manage a diverse workload and multiple projects at the same time. Candidates will also demonstrate the ability to keep track of multiple and varying regulatory obligations
