Specialist, Information Technology Infrastructure TPI Blade Services Europe S.L, Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain As tpi is growing it's EMEAWhat will be your contributions:
End user side:
Device management, set up and configuration of different IT devices.
Respond to IT support tickets, inquiries, provide technical assistance to end-users and resolve hardware or software issues.
Configure and maintain mobile devices such as tablets, mobile phones.
Management of the IT assets in Europe Offices.
Conduct security audits and risk assessments.
Application of TPI Global policies to Europe sites.
Network & System Site:
Network Management, Router, Switch and AP configurationsSet up & manage computer networks (LAN & WAN), perform trouble shooting, incident and error handling for hardware related systems, monitor users' networks performance.
Implementing change management processes and user requests on systemsResearches, proposes and implements new solutions, features, and improvements.Installed and Maintained Secured Network infrastructure by implementing Layer 3 Switching technology to create VLAN for segmentation of network traffic, including configuration of all rules, access and VLANs.
Responsible for Network Service delivery for all Europe bound projects.Implementation of ISO27001 standards.
Administration and maintenance of:
Windows based servers and services (Server Installation and Management),virtual server infrastructure (management of VMware)backup architecture (Design, implement and test strategies) (Veeam backup & replication)fail-over architecture.
Firewalls management & VPN configurations (Palo Alto)Implementing & monitoring VOIP, VC, CCTV systems.
Coordinating with local service provider fixing the internet issues.
Produce the necessary reports and statistics.
Perform root cause analysis for network outages.
Participation in new projects, analyse new project requirements and make sure to deliver the requirement from end to end.
What will be decisive:
Minimum of least 4 years' work experience Bachelor's degree in computer engineering (preferred)Experience and knowledge of Cloud Architecture (preferred)Good analytical and problem-solving skills as well as enthusiasm for self-improvement & learningGlobal IT team collaboration experiences is strongly preferable.excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
