    LA POSICIÓNSerás responsable de liderar los equipos comerciales de Ventas en remoto asegurando su compromiso y motivación para conseguir contribuir de manera directa al objetivo nacional.


    Las principales responsabilidades serán:


    Controlar la planificación y supervisar la ejecución de un equipo de B2C Sales Executives en remoto que tienen como misión principal ofrecer al consumidor un servicio de préstamos, venta directa y servicio post-venta.

    Visitas a los puntos de ventaGestionar un equipo comercial estableciendo objetivos alineados con la estrategia a nivel nacional para todos los integrantes del mismo.

    Desarrollar al equipo dando constantemente feedback constructivo y revisando el desempeño de los mismos.
    Fomentar un clima de colaboración para compartir y aprender las mejores prácticas en todos los equipos.
    Analizar los resultados y llevar a cabo controles frecuentes.

    Asegurar que todos los miembros del equipo tengan un claro entendimiento de los Principios y Políticas de la Compañía y actúen en consecuencia.

    Transmitir los valores de IQOS y demostrar un comportamiento coherente con la cultura de la marca.
    REQUISITOS- Estudios mínimos: bachillerato

    • Valorable: nivel de inglés B
    • Experiencia previa en coordinación o gestión de equipos.
    • Orientación al servicio al cliente.
    • Conocimiento del paquete Microsoft Office (Word y Excel – nivel medioalto), Outlook.
    • Liderazgo, coordinación y gestión de equipos.
    • Altas habilidades de comunicación (fluidez verbal, lenguaje, tono, etc.) y escucha activa.
    • Capacidad de adaptación y flexibilidad.
    • Creatividad y visión de negocio.
    • Capacidad analítica.
    • Proactividad.
    • Compromiso con la empresa.
    • Empatía, autocontrol, dinamismo.
    • Planificación.
