    Partoo is a B2B SaaS scale-up committed to helping local businesses.
    They have developed an all-in-one platform and different solutions to get closer to customers.

    They are looking for a Head of Sales Iberia to contribute to the growth of sales accounts in Spain and Portugal.


    Job seniority:
    mid-to-senior level

    Responsibilities


    • Define the strategy for the Iberian region in collaboration with the Chief of Sales.
    • Roll out and implement the roadmap and OKRs for the Iberian sales team.
    • Achieve revenue targets by securing new business opportunities and driving renewals and cross-selling.
    • Identify potential partners, prospects, and decision makers.
    • Recruit and support the development of the sales team.
    • Manage and help the team succeed in various sales cycles.
    • Participate in training programs and contribute to the team's development.
    Requirements


    • 8+ years of sales experience and 3+ years of managerial experience.
    • Knowledge of the Iberian market from a sales standpoint.
    • Strong project management skills and problem-solving abilities.
    • Fluency in English and Spanish, French is a plus.
    • Entrepreneurial or senior sales leadership experience preferred.
