    Innomotics a Siemens Business Company engineers andproduces heavy-duty electrical drive systems for medium and high voltageranges: electrical motors, converters and generators. Additionally, we offerspecial large drives for ships, mines and rolling mills. Our digitalizationexpertise and outstanding service keeps the performance and availability of thedrives always at the maximum.

    Your Challenge:

    As a E-Business Operations Manager you will beresponsible for maintaining and improving E-business platforms to ensureexternal and internal customer satisfaction.

    Your responsibilities will be the following:

  • Singlepoint of contact for E-business for customers, partners, sales & ordermanagement.
  • Act asuser administrator for the E-business platform.
  • Onboardingof new E-business customers and maintaining user data base.
  • Trainingfor customers on E-business platform.
  • Administrationof master data (materials, price, customer discounts, etc.) and ensuring thedata quality.
  • Errorresolving / Troubleshooting for the E-business platform.
  • Togetherwith IT ensuring dataflow between the E-business platform and the ERP system.
  • Performingdata quality checks.
  • Reportingof E-business usage to management and to the sales organization.
  • Workwith sales on increasing the E-business portion.
  • Analysisof customers and potentials.
  • Drivinginitiatives for improvements.
  • Consulting& Change Management.
  • ITinfrastructure support.

    • Job requirements:

  • Bachelordegree in IT / higher vocational training in IT.
  • Minimum2-year work experience in a similar position will be an asset.
  • Profoundknowledge of SAP/One ERP; experience in working as SAP Key Expert.
  • Passionateabout digital transformation.
  • Strongself-organization, teamwork, collaboration, initiative, proactivity,communication skills.
  • Proficientin English.
