- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in Spain and Italy.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team in Spain and coordinate with external commercial agents in Italy to ensure high levels of performance and achievement of sales objectives and KPI's establishment and monitor them.
- Oversee the quality of new business openings proposed by the sales team, ensuring alignment with company standards and market needs.
- Maintain and potentially expand the personal client portfolio in his/her area, focusing on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate promotional activities and sales actions with the team, ensuring effective communication and execution of sales strategies and sell-out target achievement.
- Set annual and monthly sales targets for the team, monitoring performance and providing guidance and support to achieve these goals.
- Manage the operational aspects of the POS in Rome and Milan, including staff management, promotional activities and CRM development.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Director or similar leadership role in the cosmetics or related industry, with a track record of achieving sales growth and market expansion.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with public speaking.
- Highly collaborative; working with various departments in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage change in a way that clarifies priorities.
- Faculty to implement fresh ideas that provide solutions.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking and pro-active organizational skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office.
- Entrepreneurial skills, self-confident, flexible, self-motivated, team player with positive attitude.
- Languages: English, Spanish & Italian
- Bachelor's degree desirable (Business Administration or similar)
- Able to travel 60% of the time.
- At least 5 years experience in B2B retail sales (commercial) in selective cosmetics industry.
- Driving Licence mandatory.
- The selected person must be passionate in the luxury retail industry and cosmetics.
- Traveling: Often required and possibly outside territory when needed.
- Location: Based in Barcelona, Spain

(TEMPORARY POSITION) We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Director to lead our sales and commercial activities in Spain and Italy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, overseeing the achievement of sales targets, and ensuring the quality of new business opportunities within the Medi Spa sector, Beauty institutes and Retail in a lesser extent. This role involves managing a team of two commercial employees in Spain and coordinating with three external commercial agents in Italy. Additionally, the Commercial Director will have a personal client portfolio in Andorra and Morocco, manage two sales promoters in Spain, and oversee our own three POS in Rome and Milan with a total of six Beauty Advisors and two Promoters in Italy.
