• Conduct fullcycle recruitment for both bluecollar and whitecollar positions in various European countries, such as Romania, Italy, and Spain.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies in highly competitive labor markets.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs for the organization.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing methods like referrals, online sourcing, partnerships, and events.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview debriefs.
• Drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation processes.
• Measure and report sourcing and recruiting metrics, such as source of hire and timetofill.

• Professional or fluent proficiency in English, Romanian, Spanish, and if possible, Italian.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fullcycle recruiting, specifically for field service technician (or similar skilled labor roles) and sales professionals.
• Open to locations near Barcelona, Spain; Milan, Italy; or Stefanesti, Romania.

• Experience working with Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Fluency in any additional languages, such as Dutch, French, German, Portuguese, Polish, Swedish, and/or Norwegian.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization as part of a global Recruitment team.

• Barcelona, Barcelona provincia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

• Are you comfortable with Zoom, Teams, or Whats App base Screening?
• Have you recruited generator technicians, HVAC technicians, engineers, and direct sales professionals?
