    • Due diligence y valoración
    • Cierre de operaciones y reestructuración
    • Gestión amistosa de préstamos / gestión legal, real estate management, estrategia de comercialización y venta, reporting ; portfolio management
    En el área de asset management, HipoGes gestiona una amplia gama de activos incluyendo hipotecas residenciales, préstamos a grandes corporaciones y PYMES, activos de real estate y préstamos sin garantía.

    Descripción

    El departamento de Retail Loans es el encargado de la gestión y recuperación de préstamos en los que el titular es persona física y PYMES, en su mayoría con colateral inmobiliario y, en un menor porcentaje, sin garantía. El objetivo principal es encontrar la opción de resolución óptima de los préstamos, en coordinación con el resto de departamentos de gestión, identificando las diferentes estrategias posibles para maximizar el importe recuperado. Mantiene una relación directa con el deudor, tratando de entender su situación personal y planificando la resolución óptima.

    Necesitamos 3 perfiles de AM que tengan experiencia en recobro presencial.

    Experiencia en negociaciones en persona y visitas a las propiedades. Secured y disponibilidad para viaje, claro.

    No tendrán sitio asignado. La idea es que vengan únicamente 1 día a la semana y se sienten Hotdesk

    Como no está la cartera de Galápagos creada, tengo que meterlos en MOMa, pero serán para Galápagos exclusivamente.
