    ¿Dónde vas a trabajar?

    Boutique de asesoramiento estratégico especializada en el sector retail con clientes líderes en el sector retail, distribución y Private Equities con una muy sólida posición en los mercados donde opera (Europa y Latam principalmente) y oficinas ubicadas en Madrid.

    ¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

    Con responsabilidad sobre el Equipo de Análisis, en firma boutique especializada en asesoramiento estratégico a empresas en el sector distribución (alimentaria y no alimentaria) y reportando al Managing Partner, serás responsable de:

    1. Diseño y ejecución de los informes, estudios, análisis y otros documentos técnicos y presentaciones típicos de la actividad de BA. Entre estos trabajos se incluyen

  • Análisis de empresas individuales, sectores y países, desde un punto de vista comercial, operativo, económico-financiero, tendencias y previsiones, descripción de los operadores, etc.
  • Informes de due diligence comercial, operativa y financiera de empresas de nuestros sectores.
  • Preparación de planes estratégicos (VCP) y estudios de evaluación estratégica y reposicionamiento de propuestas de valor.
  • Estudios y propuestas de mejoras comerciales y/o operativas.
  • Preparación de Planes de Negocio (cuentas de resultados, balance, tesorería), modelos de valoración, análisis de rentabilidad...
  • Todo tipo de informes, notas técnicas y 'papers' para nuestros clientes y la dirección de BA.
  • Creación y mantenimiento de bases de datos de conocimiento sobre el sector

    2. Operaciones de M&A: análisis de información y producción de informes sobre la operación como expertos en el sector apoyando a nuestros clientes durante todo el proceso, organización del proceso y producción de los documentos habituales (IM, teaser, contenidos del Data Room, etc.)

    3. Participar como experto industrial en los proyectos que desarrolle para sus clientes, aportando capacidad analítica, consistencia en los datos y apoyando a la dirección durante todo el proceso.

    4. Organizar, realizar e integrar las conclusiones del trabajo de campo: visitas a tiendas, zonas o regiones a nivel internacional para conocer las operaciones de retail, empresas etc.

    5. Interlocución con clientes como experto en la industria, pudiendo representar a la compañía con un alto grado de autonomía, participando en reuniones y presentaciones con directivos de alto nivel de Compañías de retail e inversores así como en reuniones técnicas con los equipos de los clientes y/o empresas objetivo de alguna transacción.

    6. Originación de proyectos, bien en retailers o en compañías de Private Equity. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
  • Formación superior en ADE, Económicas, Ingeniería o titulación equivalente, siendo valorable MBA.
  • Experiencia de más de 10 años en posiciones con fuerte visión del negocio, las operaciones, estrategia y expansión, en empresas del sector food retail, o en consultoría estratégica especializado en proyectos para clientes del sector food retail.
  • Capacidad de gestión de equipos de alto impacto.
  • Fuerte capacidad crítica y analítica para enfocar, estructurar y realizar estudios con un alto nivel de calidad.
  • Dotes comerciales y motivación a corto plazo por el desarrollo de negocio y a largo plazo por participar en la consolidación de la actual posición de liderazgo de la compañía.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en Madrid y viajar un 30% del tiempo a nivel internacional (foco en Europa y Latam).
  • Excelentes dotes de comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Alta capacidad de trabajo, autonomía en el desarrollo de sus tareas y creatividad para el enfoque y resolución de problemas.
  • Nivel de inglés muy alto imprescindible. ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
