We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Paid Media with a background in advertising agencies to lead our team.

As the Head of Paid Media Digital, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing paid media campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients, driving exceptional results and ensuring client satisfaction.

Tareas

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various digital platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to achieve client objectives.
  • Lead a team of digital advertising specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to maximize their potential and deliver outstanding performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to tailor effective paid media strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop innovative advertising approaches.
  • Oversee campaign budget allocation and closely monitor performance to achieve optimal return on investment (ROI) and meet client objectives.
  • Drive A/B testing and continuous optimization to improve campaign performance, including metrics such as clickthrough rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, new platforms, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement cuttingedge paid media strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key advertising platforms, publishers, and vendors to negotiate advantageous terms for our clients.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations to clients and senior management.

Requisitos:


  • Proven experience as a Head of Paid Media Digital or similar role within an advertising agency, with a strong track record of managing successful paid media campaigns.
  • Indepth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Proficient in leveraging analytics tools and datadriven insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming team.
  • Strong clientfacing and communication abilities, with experience in managing client relationships and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic mindset, coupled with a creative approach to problemsolving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (a plus).
