As part of its Emerging Markets Development Strategy, this leading global IT services company is looking to hire a talented procurement leader to join the global procurement team, as Regional Head of Procurement for Iberia, to deliver a significant performance boost to the procurement operations in the region and to the existing team of procurement specialists.

The job will require someone who is highly confident working with change and transformation and is not afraid to challenge stakeholders on current business strategies in order to implement new ways of working that provide greater long-term value.

**The position of Regional Head of Procurement for Iberia will require you to have the following skills and experience: - **- Experience in managing and building a high-performing procurement team during a period of transformation

Excellent stakeholder management skills and a highgravitas personality that allows you to challenge existing business ideas and change that statusquo
Expert knowledge of supplier management and how to drive cost reduction, supplier diversity, and digitalization throughout your supply base
